I LEARN, YOU LEARN.....WE IMPROVE!!!!!

Wouldn't you like to know what are other teachers doing in their classes? What are their oppinions? Which didactic methods or classroom strategies do other partners use? These are the keys for being involved into an educative innovation project named "OBSERVACTION"

                                                   

  

We attended a first meeting in the Language Teachers Centre and  we met our partners from our twinning centre: CEIP. Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes School in Medina del Campo.

 Sharing comments, methodologies, methods, positive practices in our daily routines, have opened our minds to new challeges.

                                                     

The project has based on three-days teacher exchanges visiting the schools and observing our partners. In one occasion, four members from the "Cfie de Idiomas" came and could "record" what we were working on. Here you have  a video they produced.

Definitely, we are teachers  but let me say we should be "student-teachers", our job shouldn´t follow  an immovable task, but changing routines, ways of teaching, according to what we experience, feel and motivate.
