El Villar School celebrates Halloween

Most of the students of El Villar school have done wonderful crafts which everybody can see in the school's hall.
The school has been visited by ghosts, monsters, witches, bats and terrific pumpkins. If you click on "Read more" you will be able to see the photos.
The teachers of English and all the teachers in the school want to thank all of the children and the parents who have worked very hard in order to celebrate Halloween in a perfect way. Thank you!!

Students in 3A have also made beautiful pictures using fruits, vegetables, milk products, ... just in the way Giuseppe Arcimboldo did!! Very well done children!!

Giussepe Arcimboldo was born in 1527. He was an Italian painter best known for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of such objects as fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, and books.

MY SUMMER/WINTER HOLIDAYS

In Australia, it wasn't summer, it was winter in July and August. And when you were in bed at night, it was daytime for me. It's the other side of the world, so everything is upside down!
